Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Elite Coaching Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including coaches, athletes and visitors.

2. Description of Service

Elite Coaching Hub is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) coaching management platform that enables personal trainers, strength and conditioning coaches and online coaches to manage their coaching business. The platform includes programme building, nutrition planning, scheduling, messaging, payments, athlete management, clinical and rehabilitation tools, and business management features.

3. Subscription and Payment Terms

All subscription plans are billed either monthly or annually via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. All prices are displayed in GBP and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. 14-Day Free Trial

New users are offered a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. There are no automatic charges at the end of the trial period. You will be prompted to select a paid plan to continue using the platform after your trial ends. We will send you a reminder before your trial expires.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Elite Coaching Hub only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the platform for any illegal activity
• Misrepresent your identity or qualifications
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Upload malicious content or attempt to disrupt the platform
• Use the platform to send unsolicited commercial communications

Coaches are solely responsible for the training, nutritional and health advice they provide to their athletes through the platform. Elite Coaching Hub does not verify, endorse or take responsibility for the advice given by coaches.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Elite Coaching Hub platform, including but not limited to the software, design, branding, logos and documentation, belong to Elite Coaching Hub. You may not copy, modify, distribute or reverse-engineer any part of the platform. Content created by coaches (such as programmes and meal plans) remains the intellectual property of the coach.

7. Limitation of Liability

Elite Coaching Hub provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for:

• Any coaching, training or nutritional advice given by coaches through the platform
• Any injury, loss or damage resulting from advice given through the platform
• Any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the platform
• Any loss of data beyond what is within our reasonable control

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. We will provide reasonable notice where possible. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us to request account deletion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
